Payment Options. SWFL Beach Wedding Specialists offers the following payment options and payment plans for your convenience. Payments can be made by Credit, Debit, check or money order. Checks must be received a minimum of 30 days in advance of the Wedding date and must be the balance due for the Wedding. All initial deposits must be paid via Paypal and are subject to a convenience charge. If you want to use your Credit or debit card, Paypal is the only payment option available and a surcharge of 2.9% will be assessed each transaction of the amount being paid each time. Initial deposits are required to be paid for by using Paypal in order to reserve a date and to retain our services. Your financial information is not provided to SWFL Beach Wedding Specialists at any time, your payment is deposited into our account and your information is kept confidential. Weddings are booked on a first come, first serve basis, after the application is received we send a link to our Paypal account via e-mail requesting your deposit. An application does not reserve a particular day. When we receive your deposit we officially book your day in our Wedding Calendar and begin planning. Payment plans are acceptable after your initial deposit is received and are divided into equal payments from the time the initial deposit is made until 30 days prior to your Wedding Day. The payment amount is based on your package. |
