Required Documents for Civil Ceremonies
* For identification purpose any one of the following are permissible:
* Drivers License
* State identification card
* Passport
*Military I.D.
*Resident Alien Card
Government photo identification is acceptable with prior approval
from Officiate at time of application. Credit cards, professional licenses with a photo is unacceptable.
A copy of at least one of the above must be submitted prior to ceremony, failure to do so will result in the delay of the marriage license officiation.
The wedding license must be presented the day of the ceremony or the ceremony cannot be conducted. Failure to do so will result in full forfiture
of money paid. Out of State couples can apply and receive a license on the same day they apply, local residents must apply three business days prior to
their ceremony. Some special circumstance may apply and we recommend you contact the courthouse for full details, see our marriage license link
for information.
There must be two witnesses at the time of the ceremony to sign the wedding license. Witnesses can be provided f necessary.

We/I the undersigned, agree that this is a binding agreement between us/myself the undersigned and SWFL Beach Wedding Specialists, and all associated. We /I
acknowledge that SWFL Beach Wedding Specialists, sole function is to conduct wedding ceremonies. We/I understand that SWFL Beach Wedding Specialists, does
not endorse any particular affiliate providers or facilities, make arrangements or mediate on our/my behalf. We/I agree not to hold SWFL Beach Wedding
Specialists responsible for any wrong doing that may result due to a vendor recommendation or suggestion. We/I agree that we/I, are/am ultimately responsible
for whom we/I decide to utilize and responsible for the outcome. We/I agree that SWFL Beach Wedding Specialists, cannot be held responsible for weather conditions
We/I agree to hold them blameless for any acts associated with nature or any other circumstance beyond their control. Substitutions may be made without notice.
We/I agree that we are responsible to provide two witnesses for the marriage license, if we/I cannot provide two witnesses we/I agree to pay $50 for this service.
We/I agree that unless specified in our agreement we/I are responsible for filing the marriage license with the County. SWFL Beach Wedding Specialists has advised
us/me to rent a tent for the ceremony in the event of inclement weather However, if a tent is reserved, we understand that it would not be advisable to erect one in
heavy winds and it may not protect entirely against rain. SWFL Beach Wedding Specialists, reserves the right not to erect a tent due to weather. Travel,tolls and parking
may apply. All items are subject to availability and are subject to change without notice. All prices include set up and take down of ceremony site. Photography is done
by a student photographer. We/I acknowledge that the photos on website were done by students. All packages above are as is, Changes or sustitutes are upon approval
only basis and must be in writing from management and it may not effect the price. Mix and match and customization allowed with the A'la Carte Section primarily. Some
shipping and handling fee's may apply. If we/I cancel the wedding, we/I realize that any deposits made may have deductions for orders that may have been made on behalf
of the ceremony. In which case, any personalized items that have been ordered will be shipped to us/me and the cost for shipping and handling as well as the cost of the item
will be deducted from payments already made. All payments are broken into equal monthly payments when applicable. The final payment is due exactly one month prior to the
ceremony. All of the packages include taxes and local travel. There is an extra fee assessed for translation. We/I agree to pay any convenience fees associated with using paypal
for initial deposit and any subsequent payments made thereafter, if we/I use Paypal. A $50 Beach fee is obtained in addition to the package price. BALANCE MUST BE PAID IN
FULL ONE MONTH PRIOR TO WEDDING. CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE WEDDINGS DATE ARE SUBJECT TO FULL FORFITURE.
